How to get help faster

So we can fix it on the first reply, include in your email:

  • your platform (Android or iPhone) and app version (Settings → About);
  • what you were doing and what happened;
  • a screenshot if you can - we never need your financial data to help.

Quick answers

Backup and restore

You can export everything to CSV anytime, or turn on encrypted backup to your own Google Drive in the app's settings. The backup lives in your Google account - never on Billsfort servers. To restore, use the restore option on the same backup screen.

Premium, billing and refunds

Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are managed and billed by the App Store or Google Play. To cancel renewal, change your plan or request a refund, use that store's subscription settings. See the Terms & Conditions for details.

Restore a purchase

New phone or reinstalled? Open the app, go to Premium and tap Restore purchases using the same store account (Apple ID or Google) you bought with.

Export or delete your data

Your data lives on your device. You can export it to CSV or delete it in the app at any time. If you delete the app without a backup, the data is removed from the phone. Learn more in the Privacy Policy.

Sync across devices

The account is optional and free and only exists to sync your data across your own devices. You don't need an account to use Billsfort or to have Premium.
